Their wedding ceremony was on 7-8-2011 at Micke Grove Japanese Garden; Lodi, CA. Briant is in the Army and they were already married before he went to Afghanistan at a very small wedding. They wanted to have a formal wedding with family and friends; so as soon as Briant could get leave he flew to Stockton and they had a very nice formal ceremony and reception. He also was able to meet and hold his new daughter that was born while he was in Afghanistan; unfortunately he had to return shortly after their special day. God Bless and keep him safe; returning him back to his wife and daughter.

They were married on 6-11-2011 at Viaggo Winery, Acampo, CA. Very beautiful location and a great couple. Carlos brought his beautiful daughter into the marriage; there was a special part of the ceremony to celebrate the new family. Their reception was at The Merlot in Lodi and everyone had a great time. Finally getting around to posting a few images of their special day.

Engagement session in San Francisco on 5-29-2011, the sun was out but it was very windy. They were both good sports even some times getting sand blasted, and putting up with all the holiday traffic. They will be getting married in Lodi on 6-11-2011 at Viaggio Winery. Just a few of the images from that day.

Our Story:
We met October 12, 2009 at a Starbucks on a blind date. A mutual friend of ours was insistant that we meet. We agreed that she could give him my number and we would see where it would go from there. I'll never forgot the day he started texting me, I was wine tasting with a group of friends, including my former roommate Tami (How ironic that the place I was when we started texting would be the place we would be getting married!) After a couple of days of texting we agreed to meet up at Starbucks. I highly disliked blind dates because most of the time they don't work out too well, but I remember feeling this one might be different and boy was I right! We closed down Starbucks; we talked for so long sharing everything about ourselves and completely were enamored. I remember not wanting the night to end. But it did, with a big hug and a promise to talk soon.We had our second "date" two days later at my place watching a movie with my roommate and her friend. We had been texting ever since that first night. I remember wanting to see him again so badly, but not wanting to seem disparate. So finally two days later he asked what I was doing and I told him that my roommate, friend and I were going to watch a movie and invited him over. Again we stayed up through the night talking and getting to know each other. After that day we were pretty much inseparable! The next day, our third date, he took me home to meet his whole family and a week later he met mine. There wasn't a doubt in my mind that it was meant to be!

They will be married in La Jolla, San Diego CA on May 21, 2011. I shot their engagement photos in San Francisco and we were very lucky to have a sunny day. Mariane is a very smart and talented young lady; I’m a little prejudice because she is my step daughter. Her fiancé also is very smart, a professional IT specialist and just an all around nice guy. I am very happy she found a great guy to marry. I pray they will have a long and happy life together. Mariane is a very talented Polynesian dancer and their wedding will have a Hawaiian theme overlooking the ocean.

They were married on 11-6-2010 in Ripon at St Mark Coptic Church and had their reception at the Spring Creek Golf & Country Club. Mark set up his laptop using Skype so Karyna’s mother could watch the wedding ceremony from her home in Russia. I will post more about this couple later, really enjoyed shooting their special day.

We shot their engagement session at Baker Beach and Fort Point in San Francisco. They will be getting married on July 16, 2010 in Rohnert Park, CA. They are a very nice couple and have a great love for each other. John is a duck hunter and looked very comfortable around the big guns at Fort Point.

They were married April 10, 2010 in Stockton. Tope is from Nigeria and had some family members traveling here to attend her wedding. Hassan is from a third generation family living in Stockton and the wedding was at a very nice church that his grandfather started many years ago. They had their reception at the Stockton Ball Room and during the reception they both changed into traditional dress for Nigeria. I am posting just a few of the many images I took that day.

I ‘m posting a few images of the new addition to the Jones family. Don is my sisters stepson with his wife Carrie, their 17year old daughter Kelsey, 13 year old daughter Kirsten and surprise- surprise, little 5 week old Caira. I have a feeling that Caira will be spoiled by her big sisters. Very big changes in the Jones household from now on. I love taking photos of baby’s; you never know how they will react. I think Caira was asleep about 95 % of the time during the photo session and at the end their little dog misty was even asleep.

Steve and Shelly were married in 2007; I shot their wedding and now had the privilege of photographing their new son Drew. His name is actually Andrew Whittaker Jones, First name after his Great Grandfather and his middle name is Shelly’s family name. He was born October 8, 2009 and is a very happy healthy baby. I had a great time photographing Drew; this was my first time to photograph a baby. I have two more babies to photograph in the near future and I am really looking forward to capturing images of these beautiful new babies.

They were married on 10-3-2009 at a very beautiful, old catholic church, Cathedral of the Annunciation in Stockton. After the ceremony they had a very nice reception at the Waterloo Gun & Bocci Club. They are a very nice couple and Joshua is a very proud marine. I will pray that God keeps him safe in the future and they have a wonderful marriage and life together.

They were married 9-19-2009 in Stockton at a great little church, Eastside Church of God in Christ. Many family and friends were in attendance to celebrate their marriage. Allan’s parents and his sister along with his best man came all the way from Georgia to attend the wedding. Sabrina is from a large family and some of her brothers and sisters were in the wedding party, also her Uncle was the one to join them in marriage. After the wedding they had a very nice reception at De Vega Brothers in Stockton.

They were married September 5, 2009 in Half Moon Bay at a very nice venue, The Oceano Hotel. The Hotel is right across from the boat harbor with ocean views. They had a very nice wedding ceremony and fun reception with family and friends. I really enjoyed photographing there special day, Half Moon Bay is one of my favorite places to visit.

On August 2nd I shot some family photos for them and Sabrina’s son Christopher at UOP in Stockton. UOP has some very beautiful grounds and we had a great time shooting their photos. Sabrina and Allan will be married on September 19th in Stockton. They are an attractive couple with great personalities and I am looking forward to shooting their wedding.

They were married on July 26th at the Japanese Tea Garden, Micke Grove Park. It was a small intimate wedding with family and friends and then after the ceremony they had a very nice reception at Papapavlo’s Restaurant in Lincoln Center, Stockton. They are both currently in music studies at The University of the Pacific. Amanda and Aaron both have great families and a great love for each other and I really enjoyed photographing their special day.

They were married June 6, 2009 at the Reserve at Spanos Park Golf Course. Their wedding and reception was very nice and many family and friends were in attendance. It was a nice sunny day but very windy. Linda had a great surprise for all the ladies who were waiting to catch her bouquet at her reception, she made a fake toss and they all fell for it. They were married on May 9TH at the 1ST Presbyterian Church in Stockton. This church is very old and has some great stain glass windows. Lisa wore a great dress with a big bow in the back a long train. They had both family and friends that helped make their Wedding day very special. After the ceremony we all went over to the Commercial Exchange Club for their reception. I am just going to post a few images here and will put some more on my web site.
